Being that I'm not much
of a ska music listener, I'm not sure if my opinion is of the best quality.
Overall, however, I find the CD to be quite nice. There are 15 tracks on
the CD making it a good purchase overall for total music purchased. The
songs are catchy and in some cases make you laugh. For example, the song
"She has a girlfriend now" where they talk about wearing a bra. Other catchy
songs are "241","Everything Sucks," and "Sell Out (on MTV and many radio
stations)." All of the music is upbeat and will at the minimum have the
tendency to keep you awake if you are driving home from class or home to
see the folks. My advice, at any rate, is to buy the CD and if you don't
like it the first time you hear it, give it another chance. Maybe put it
on while you are cooking or talking with some friends. Soon, I think, you
will find that it grows on you.
